Pour water in the bottom container up to the MAX mark. Insert the funnel-shaped metal filter. Add fine ground coffee to the filter. Tighten the upper part (which has a second metal filter and a silicone gasket at the bottom) onto the water container. Place the espresso maker on a heat source making sure that the handle is not directly over heat. When the water boils, the steam will reach a high enough pressure to gradually force its way through the ground coffee, and pass through to the upper chamber. As soon as all of the espresso has reached the upper chamber, you will hear a sputtering sound - the sign that the coffee is ready to serve. Pour the coffee directly from the upper chamber and enjoy a perfect cup of espresso. What kind of ground coffee do I need? Fine: Smoother to the touch, a little finer than granular sugar or table salt. How do I clean this product?
